July/August 2012 System Maintenance


Overview:


Xata Turnpike will undergo system software maintenance on Sunday, July 22, 2012 to provide enhancements and to make software corrections. TurnpikeDirect, web services, Hours of Service Applications and Mobile handset communications will be disrupted from 6:00AM Eastern until Noon Eastern. Hours of Service Applications and Mobile handset communications should resume normal operations around Noon but TurnpikeDirect and web services will continue to be disrupted until approximately 6:00PM Eastern. These times are estimates and include system testing as well as contingency time in the event of unforeseen, critical issues. Drivers who log in to TPMobile prior to the maintenance will be able to continue using TPMobile during the maintenance window. Drivers will be unable to log in or log out of TPMobile during the maintenance window. Drivers who need to log in during the maintenance window will need to use paper logs.

In addition, a second Xata Turnpike maintenance window is required on Sunday, August 5, 2012 to migrate customers to the new HOS data structures implemented in the previous maintenance window. TurnpikeDirect, web services, Hours of Service Applications and Mobile handset communications will be disrupted from 6:00AM Eastern until Noon Eastern. These times are estimates and include system testing and contingency time in the event of unforeseen, critical issues.
